The instructional day begins at 7:45 AM. Students should arrive at school between 7:00 and 7:30 AM in order to be in class, on time, and ready to learn. The morning announcements begin at 7:40 and instruction begins at 7:45 AM.
Students arriving after 7:45 AM are late and must be sign in by an adult.
Students should not be dropped off at Brockett Elementary before 7:00 AM. Staff members are not available to supervise students before 7:00 AM.
Parents should not drop students off across the street, in the middle of the street, or in the neighborhood in front of the school. Please pull into the school's car lane and drop off your child. This is for safety reasons.
In order to pick a student up in the afternoon, parents must be in a car. Children will not be dismissed as walkers if their transportation card in the front office states that they are car riders.
No student dismissal changes (by phone) after 1:00 PM.
No early check-outs after 2:00 PM.
Dismissal Order - Walkers & Day Care Providers at 2:10 PM
- Buses at 2:15 PM
- Car Riders at 2:20 PM
- After School Program at 2:30-2:40 PM
